I have worked as a professional Supervisor since the 1990s and have a strengths based, collaborative approach to supervision practice. In supervision we work together with a focus on the best interests of the Tangata Whaiora we all serve. I am an Advanced Health Improvement Practitioner and am passionate about supporting the development of this important role throughout Aotearoa New Zealand.
We will create a contract to ensure clear roles and responsibilities and provide a robust platform for supporting best practice, celebrating successes and finding creative solutions for the challenges of our mahi. I am committed to my ongoing journey developing a bi-cultural approach to my life, work, and supervision practice.
Supervision services are available for anyone working with people. This includes: managers, other supervisors and front line workers in a range of professions from health, education, health improvement practitioners, matanga whai ora, social services, youth workers, pastors, volunteers, and allied health workers.
Appointments are usually in person in my office in Palmerston North but can be in your work place or adapted to suit you, including video/zoom supervision and/or phone consults.

Cost
Supervision 60 minute appointments $150 (incl GST), please let me know if you or your employer need to discuss the price.
Support is available between supervision sessions as needed, by phone/email at no extra charge.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your appointment please give at least 24 hours notice so that the appointment can be rebooked, otherwise there may be charges.
Privacy
Supervision notes - basic notes will be kept on a password protected encrypted database, and are available for you to see at any time. These notes inform my practice and support my work with you.
Supervision clients - in our contracting we may agree that some information can be shared with your organisation.
