I have worked as a professional Supervisor since the 1990s and have a strengths based, collaborative approach to supervision practice. In supervision we work together with a focus on the best interests of the Tangata Whaiora we all serve.
Supervision services are available for anyone working with people. This includes: managers, other supervisors and front line workers in a range of agencies/business including health, education, health improvement practitioners, matanga whai ora, social services, youth workers, pastors, volunteers, and allied health workers.
I provide supervision for individual staff and offer a range of services depending on need, from one-off consultations, to a series of sessions for a specific issue, or ongoing regular supervision which is often monthly and reviewed annually.
We will create an agreement to ensure clear roles and responsibilities and provide a robust platform for supporting best practice, celebrating successes and finding creative solutions for the challenges of our mahi.
Appointments are usually in person in my office in Palmerston North but can be adapted to suit you, including video/zoom supervision and/or phone consults.
Cost
Supervision (NGO and social services subsidy) 60 minute appointments $150 (incl GST).
Business supervision 60 minute appointments $160 (incl GST).
Brief support is available between supervision sessions if needed, by phone/email at no extra charge.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your appointment please give at least 48 hours notice so that the appointment can be rebooked, otherwise there may be charges.
Privacy
Supervision notes - basic notes will be kept on a password protected encrypted database, and are available for you to see at any time. These notes inform my practice and support my work with you.
Supervision clients - in our contracting we may agree that some information can be shared with your organisation.
