Kia ora koutou.
My name is Gill Stacey (she/her) and I was born in England. I moved to Aotearoa New Zealand in the early 1990s and I now live in Palmerston North.
In my life and work, I draw from my own diverse life experiences, both in Aotearoa New Zealand and other countries and cultures.
I aim to live simply and make a contribution to our beautiful world. I believe we have within ourselves and our communities everything we need to live a rich and meaningful life.

I use an integrated approach including a wide range of therapeutic and counselling methods to suit the person I am seeing, within a Brief Intervention structure.
We are all in this life together and we all have times of peace and times of challenges. It is very normal to get caught in unhelpful patterns of behaviour, to feel overwhelmed by emotions or thoughts, and to feel stuck.
I will support you to overcome existing challenges and to develop understanding and skills, in order to deal more effectively with the everyday stresses we all face. We are learning for a lifetime and these skills will stay with you always.
